Loanset Pty Ltd (ABN 19674794775, Credit Representative 556382) takes complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you.

Step 1 – Contact us directly

We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If your complaint requires more time to investigate, we will keep you informed of progress.

Step 2 – Contact our aggregator

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate to National Mortgage Brokers Pty Ltd (NMB), the holder of the Australian Credit Licence under which Loanset Pty Ltd operates as a Credit Representative.

Step 3 – External dispute resolution

If your complaint remains unresolved, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), a free and independent external dispute resolution service.
